Support Ticket System
A production-ready support ticket system built for Laravel that lets customers create and manage tickets, attach files, and communicate with staff in threaded responses. Tickets support categories, priorities (low/medium/high/urgent), and lifecycle statuses (open, in_progress, waiting_customer, resolved, closed) so teams can triage and track work effectively. The package includes an admin dashboard with filtering by status and priority, routes and views for user and admin workflows, and granular authorization so customers can only see their own tickets while admins manage all tickets. Attachments are handled via Spatie Media Library with image conversions and secure MIME/type validation.
